We started a property management company in 2005 when we couldn’t find a good option to manage our own investment properties. We joined several national groups and masterminds and toured some of the best companies across the country to find the absolute best processes and technologies for our industry. Over the next several years we built that company into one of the best property management companies in the country. We sold that company to a national brand in 2016 and over time that national company lost touch of what was really important and as a result their service to us as property owners was lacking. What do we believe is the most important part of property management? THE PEOPLE! We have since started another property management company to manage our own investment properties. We above all else value our team, our property owners, and our residents. Although we still have the best processes and technologies in place, it is our relationships and how we treat our people that matters the most.

We are investors ourselves and own single-family, multi-plexes, commercial, and multi-family buildings in our portfolio.
