If you're searching for the perfect rental home, you've come to the right place. As a prospective tenant, we use Rentvine's Property Management software to streamline your experience, from finding and applying for your dream home through our easy-to-use application portal to providing a suite of tools that ensure a great rental experience once you're a resident.

Resident Optional Programs
The following programs have been created at the request of our residents to allow more flexibility in paying rent and security deposits.
You will be required to choose Yes or No to both programs on your lease.
Optional 5-Day Grace Period
Rent is normally due by 5:00 pm on the 1st of each month. We know that sometimes payday schedules and other occurrences in life may make that challenging at times. If you feel like you will need a few additional days some months to pay rent, then this program is for you and could end up saving you hundreds in late fees. If you choose to participate in this program, you will be given until 5:00 pm on the 5 th of each month to pay rent before you incur any late fees. The cost for this program is $15 per month and will need to be paid each month with your rent payment.
Security Deposit Waiver Program
This program was created to allow our residents some flexibility in the amount of money needed to move in. We understand that moving can be expensive and by the time you pay for moving and the 1st month’s rent, you may not want to also pay a security deposit. This is an optional program that allows you to pay a monthly administrative fee rather than an upfront security deposit. Thereby keeping more of your money in your pocket and in your savings account.
Please be aware that the monthly amount is not a security deposit and will not accrue as such and is not refundable for any reason. You will still be required to pay for any damages and/or cleaning etc. required after your move-out. We require that you keep a payment method on file with us to cover any such charges. The cost for this program varies based on the property and your application score. The amount will be listed on your lease.
Current Residents
For our current residents, Rentvine’s Property Management Software offers a complete set of tools and procedures designed to make your stay more comfortable and rewarding. You can use our website to get to your portal to submit maintenance requests, pay rent, or simply reach out to us. We always enjoy hearing from our residents.
